Resend a delivery

Customer cannot find the email? Open Deliveries, find the order, and click Resend. Fulfile emails them again; if the old link expired, a fresh one is minted automatically.

Resend is included on Starter and Pro. On any plan, buyers can also help themselves two ways: renew an expired link right on the download page, or use the recovery portal below.

The recovery portal

Any buyer can visit fulfile.app/recover, enter their checkout email, and instantly receive every download they own from stores that deliver with Fulfile. Links are only ever sent to the address they belong to.
