For buyers: recover your downloads

If you bought a digital product from a store that delivers with Fulfile and lost the email, go to fulfile.app/recover and enter the email address you used at checkout.

  • We email you every live download linked to that address, across all stores that use Fulfile.
  • Links are only ever sent to the address they belong to, so nobody else can see your purchases.
  • If a link has expired, open it anyway. Most downloads can be renewed right on the page.
  • No email? The purchase may have used a different address, or you can contact the store you bought from.
