Selling software, plugins, fonts, or anything that needs a serial number? Fulfile assigns one key per order automatically, available on every plan.
Setup
- On the product page, open the License keys card.
- Paste your keys, one per line, and click Add keys. Duplicates are skipped automatically, so re-pasting a list is safe.
- The card shows how many keys are available and how many have been delivered, and warns you when the pool runs dry.
How buyers receive keys
The assigned key appears in the delivery email and on the download page with a copy button. Webhook retries never burn a second key, and keys stay attached to their order even after a refund, since a buyer may have already seen it.
If the pool is empty, orders still deliver their files normally, just without a key, and new keys you add apply to future orders.
