The moment Shopify marks an order as paid, Fulfile takes over. No manual steps, ever.
- Fulfile receives the paid-order event from Shopify and matches the line items to your linked products.
- A unique, secure download page is created for the purchase, with its own per-file download budgets.
- If the product has a license key pool, one key is assigned to the order automatically.
- The customer gets a delivery email (on Pro, fully on your brand) with a button to their download page.
- Every delivery, download count, and link status shows up in your Deliveries tab.
If Shopify flags the order as a fraud risk, Fulfile can hold the delivery for your review instead of sending it. See Fraud-risk order holds.
Delivery is idempotent: if Shopify retries an event, the customer never gets duplicate emails or a second license key.
