Fulfile links a Shopify product to the files it should deliver. Once linked, every paid order for that product sends the customer a secure download email automatically. Here is the whole setup.
1. Link a product
Open Fulfile in your Shopify admin, go to Products, and pick the Shopify product that should deliver files. The free plan covers up to 3 linked products; Starter and Pro are unlimited.
2. Upload your files
- Click Upload files on the product page. You can select many files at once.
- Each file can be up to 10 GB. Any file type works.
- Files upload with per-file progress; large files upload in resumable chunks.
3. Set your delivery rules
- Max downloads per file: how many times each file can be downloaded per purchase (audio previews never count).
- Link expiry: 24 hours to 30 days. The window starts at the customer's first download, not the order date, so late openers are never locked out.
4. Test it
Use Send a test delivery on the product page. It emails your store's own address with the real delivery email and download page, so you can see exactly what customers get.
That is it. From now on, paid orders for that product deliver themselves. Deliveries appear in the Deliveries tab as they happen.
