You can uninstall Fulfile from your Shopify admin's Apps settings at any time. Billing stops through Shopify automatically.
- For a short window after uninstall, your products and files are kept so a reinstall picks up where you left off.
- Shopify then sends the mandated deletion request (about 48 hours later), at which point your files and data are permanently removed.
- Customer data requests and redactions are honored through Shopify's official privacy webhooks.
